How does your acquisition model work?We value businesses based on Net Assets + Ebitda, we come up with a valuation based on industry standards. There is an amount that comes upfront, amount on a deferred basis. We then work with the team in place to make it stronger & better to grow further.
What do you plan on doing with my business post acquisition?- Build group, look at other businesses, upselling/crosselling/downselling, improve top-line for further acquisitions
